The Role:
The HR Associate will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, reporting, and offboarding. This role will help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while providing excellent support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding, contracts, background checks, and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records, HRIS data, and employee files.
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Support employee relations, probation reviews, and performance management processes.
Coordinate training, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, and audit requirements.
Manage offboarding, exit interviews, clearance, and final pay coordination.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics.
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
Employees are expected to demonstrate a security-first mindset and ensure that information security considerations are incorporated into their day-to-day activities, decision-making, and interactions with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations.
Experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee administration.
Experience using HRIS platforms, preferably Sprout.
Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
