Job Title: Presales Associate – Microsoft & Cyber Security Solutions

Location: Remote - Philippines

The Role:

You’ll support the presales team by producing crisp, accurate customer-facing documentation and keeping presales requests organised, logged and delivered on time. You’ll work remotely day-to-day, collaborating closely with UK-based presales, sales and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposals, tenders & documentation

Draft, edit and complete RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, bid documents, proposals and supporting technical content

Assist with SOWs: scope, assumptions, deliverables, dependencies, and commercials (where relevant)

Ensure all outputs are consistent with CyberOne messaging, quality standards, and the customer’s requirements

Maintain a clean library of reusable content, boilerplate, and evidence (certifications, case studies, service descriptions)

Presales operations & coordination

Maintain presales request tracking so work is logged, prioritised and delivered within deadlines

Coordinate inputs from engineering, delivery and sales; chase actions and validate technical accuracy

Improve the machine: templates, workflows, standards, and internal knowledge-base content

Support production of slide decks, diagrams and customer collateral (depending on experience)

Collaboration & handover discipline

Work closely with the UK presales team to align priorities and manage workload

Ensure presales outputs set delivery up for success (clear scope, clear assumptions, no ambiguity)

Uphold a customer-first, quality-led approach in everything you ship

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Microsoft & security foundations

Strong baseline understanding of Microsoft 365 / Azure, ideally with exposure to Sentinel and Microsoft security capabilities

Foundational grasp of cyber concepts: identity, data protection, threat protection, cloud security

Documentation & communication

Experience producing customer-facing documents (proposals, bids, SOWs, technical write-ups)

High attention to detail: you spot inconsistencies, tighten language, and keep things accurate

Confident communicator in a remote setup (clear updates, proactive chasing, tidy handovers)

Organisation & ownership

Able to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and document streams without dropping quality

Self-driven, reliable and comfortable working independently while staying closely aligned to the team

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in presales support, bid management, technical writing, or within a Microsoft partner / cybersecurity environment

Familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS

Interest in Microsoft certs (e.g., SC-900, MS-900, AZ-900)
