About The Role
CyberOne is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help deliver our partner go-to-market activity and strengthen how we engage and activate our ecosystem. This is a delivery-focused, partner-facing role that turns strategy into action.

You will work directly with partners, Microsoft and internal teams to deliver campaigns, enablement and joint activity that drives pipeline. Guided by the Head of Marketing, you’ll take our Partner Marketing strategy and bring it to life through high-impact execution.
You’ll run regular partner meetings to understand capability, priorities and toolsets, feeding insights back into CyberOne to support continuous improvement and alignment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver partner marketing activity as outlined as part of the Partner Strategy
Support partner recruitment and onboarding aligned to our Ideal Partner Profile
Create enablement assets including sales decks, content and co-branded collateral
Build and execute co-marketing campaigns, webinars and events
Hold regular partner meetings and quarterly business reviews
Collaborate with Sales and Partner teams to support opportunity creation
Work with Microsoft to take advantage of incentives and funding
Support new service and solution launches with partner-focused activity
Report on campaign performance, partner engagement and pipeline impact
What You’ll Bring
Experience in Partner-Lead B2B tech and/or cyber security services/solutions
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Confidence running partner meetings, presenting insights and driving actions
Experience delivering campaigns across digital channels and events
HubSpot and CRM experience (preferably Dynamics 365) including design tools like Canva.
The ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Technical teams
A commercially minded, proactive approach focused on delivery and results
