About The Role
This is a partner-facing delivery role responsible for executing CyberOne’s Partner Marketing activities under the strategic direction of the Head of Marketing.
You will work closely with Partners, Vendors (including Microsoft), Distributors and internal teams to enable, activate and support Partners through planning, marketing campaigns, content and regular structured engagement. Your role is to take partner insights and develop clear strategies alongside the Head of Marketing and turn them into tangible programmes, campaigns and activities that generate demand and drive pipeline.
You will build strong partner relationships, understand their capabilities and requirements, deliver campaigns and ensure all activity supports the Partner, Sales and Technical teams in achieving shared growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this partner-facing, delivery role, you will bring strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and the ability to turn strategy into clear action. You will be confident engaging with partners, vendors and internal teams, able to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace.
Success requires a proactive mindset, strong organisational capability, good digital marketing skills and the ability to use insight to guide decisions and improvements. Leading the execution of Partner Marketing activity that supports recruitment, enablement, marketing delivery and measurable revenue impact.
1. Delivering the Partner Marketing Plan
Work with the Head of Marketing to translate the Partner Marketing strategy into executable workstreams and activity plans.
Communicate the Partner Marketing Plan clearly to internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and shared visibility.
2. Partner Recruitment Support & Onboarding
Collaborate with the Partner team to support the recruitment of new partners that align to the Ideal Partner Profile.
Deliver onboarding material, introductory assets and early-stage engagement to support partner ramp-up.
3. Partner Enablement across Sales, Marketing and Technical
Develop and maintain Partner Content Hub with high-quality partner enablement materials including sales decks, service sheets, capability overviews, co-branded content and playbooks.
Work with Sales and Technical teams to ensure partners are confidently equipped to position and deliver CyberOne’s Microsoft-led services.
4. Partner-facing Cadence & Relationship Management
Establish regular partner meetings, monthly touchpoints and quarterly business reviews with Tier 1 Partners under the guidance of the Partner team.
Capture partner requirements, capability gaps, toolsets, challenges and opportunities, sharing these insights back into the CyberOne team.
Act as a trusted point of contact for partners around marketing activity, enablement and go-to-market support.
5. Execution of Co-Marketing Campaigns & Events
Plan and deliver Thru-Partner campaigns, webinars, workshops, events and digital activities that generate pipeline and awareness.
Build To-Partner communications that keep the ecosystem informed, engaged and ready to activate.
Ensure activity is fully aligned with CyberOne’s propositions and Microsoft priorities.
6. Pipeline Support & Opportunity Acceleration
Work closely with Sales and Partner teams to understand partner pipeline and identify opportunities for campaign acceleration.
Deliver targeted activities that help partners move customers through the funnel more efficiently.
7. Insight, Reporting & Continuous Optimisation
Produce regular reporting on partner marketing performance, campaign outcomes and pipeline contribution.
Provide insight-led feedback on what is working, what is not and what adjustments are needed.
Ensure insights from partner interactions feed into Marketing, Partner, Sales and Technical teams.
8. Vendor Funding, Incentives & Programme Support
Work with the Head of Marketing and Partner team to identify, apply for and manage Microsoft, Vendor and Distributor funding opportunities.
Ensure CyberOne and partners maximise incentives, co-marketing funds and programme benefits.
9. Supporting New Service and Solution Launches
Support the Head of Marketing by delivering partner-focused activity and enablement for new service launches.
Coordinate messaging, assets, partner communications and launch campaigns.
10. Internal Collaboration
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure consistency across brand, messaging and digital channels.
Work with Sales to align marketing activity to partner pipeline goals and co-sell priorities.
Collaborate with Technical teams to stay informed of service capabilities, roadmap changes and new Microsoft innovations that strengthen partner propositions.
11. Operational Excellence & Governance
Maintain accurate partner activity, campaign records and reporting through HubSpot and Dynamics 365.
Ensure all activity adheres to CyberOne’s ISO27001, privacy and data governance requirements.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distil complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations.
Experience in Partner Marketing with B2B tech and/or cyber security services/solutions
Strong Partner-Facing Skills including meetings, reviews and presentations.
Delivery of multi-channel campaigns and co-marketing with confidence
Confident communicator, able to engage with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong time management and organisational skills—able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organisation and ability to handle multiple partners and deadlines.
Competent with HubSpot (Marketing and Content Hub), CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 and design tools like Canva.
Highly Desirable
Experience within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
HubSpot or marketing certifications.
Experience in cyber security, cloud and managed services.
