Job Title: Project Coordinator - CyberSecurity

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to support with the delivery of cybersecurity projects for our clients in a managed services environment. As part of a leading cybersecurity services provider, you will support with the delivery of critical security solutions, including monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and compliance management. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, risk logs etc.)

• Organise and schedule project meetings, workshops, and reviews.

• Track progress against project plans and timelines

• Act as the point of contact between project team members, stakeholders, and suppliers.

• Distribute internal and external communications to keep stakeholders informed.

• Assist with stakeholder updates, status reports, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate allocation and scheduling of project resources.

• Monitor and update task assignments and deadlines.

• Support team members in meeting their deliverables

• Track project budgets and expenses under direction from the Project Manager.

• Assist with purchase orders, invoice tracking, and vendor coordination.

• Maintain the project risk and issue logs.

• Help ensure actions, mitigations, and escalations are followed through.

• Ensure adherence to project processes, templates, and standards.

• Support audit preparation and project reviews if required.

• Prepare or contribute to status reports and dashboards.

• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and stored correctly.

• Ensure all client projects adhere to industry security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and internal SLAs.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a managed services or cybersecurity environment.

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

• Experience in coordinating projects that involve the deployment and integration of cybersecurity technologies.

• Client-facing experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project management tools – Monday.com preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint etc)
